We offer a number of different profit share options when it comes to managing your short-term rental. For a furnished property, our profit share is 67% to the homeowner and 33% to the Pivot Solutions management team.
Unfurnished Property
If you have an unfurnished property, we offer a profit share of 50% to the homeowner and 50% to our management team. We can provide furnishings for your property so that it’s ready to go for guests once your listing is active on the sites of your choice.
Fixed Lease Agreement
We also offer a fixed lease agreement option, where a set rate of monthly return can be determined based on your needs. On average, the rate of return is 20% higher than what you would be able to lease the property for in the local rental market. Pivot Solutions is also able to purchase your home after a year of service.
